We have a dedicated account manager with a direct line service, so there would be no call centres and ensured that if she wanted to get hold of customer support she could. As soon as the founder of the swimwear company agreed to move, we were very swift in getting her goods across to our warehouse and had everything set-up ensuring very minimal disruptions were caused.
