Requirements:
- Collate all furniture coming from various suppliers from UK and worldwide in one location
- Export all furniture to site
- Unload, assemble and place furniture in designated rooms
Action + Outcome
All pieces of furniture were sent into our secure warehouse located in London Gatwick. The goods arrived for a period of 2 months and on arrival would be checked, recorded and pictures sent to the interior designers.
Once all goods had arrived, the team loaded items into 2 trailers to be exported to Spain. Another 2 Luton vans along with other team members came across to Spain for the project.
All furniture items were unloaded by our team of 8 professional white glove handlers who worked in tandem to unload, unpack and assemble tables, desks and beds. This phase of the project was completed within 2 days and ahead of schedule.
There were many challenges on this project, one in particular being the site was ‘not ready’with other local trades people on site which made handling a lot more difficult. Our team found solutions to work around this and ultimately get the job done and ensure our interior design client executed this element of the project in time for the home owner.
